My wife Mary and I were both born and raised in northern Minnesota on the Iron Range. I grew up in Ely and Mary grew up in Tower. We were married in 1982 and soon after moved to the Twin Cities for work. We currently live in Champlin, Minnesota. I work as a commercial plumber and Mary works in home lending compliance. We have one daughter, Jacquelyn, who is married to Tom Smith. We have been blessed with three grandchildren; Aggie, Anthony, and Teresa. Most of our free time is spent with the Smith family! The Diaconate has kept us plenty busy for the past 5 years. I was ordained a Permanent Deacon in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis on December 9, 2017. I feel very blessed to be assigned to St. Albert’s and St. Michael’s and I am excited to begin lovingly serving and getting to know the parishioners and staff.
