Father Joe to become full-time at St. Albert
The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis has recently announced that Father Joe Zabinski will become the priest full-time at the Church of St. Albert beginning June 30, 2022 in order to give his full attention to St. Albert’s.
It was determined, after much assessment by the Archdiocese, that with the growth in the community, it is beneficial for St. Albert to have a full-time priest and St. Michael to have two full-time priests. St. Albert and St. Michael will continue collaboration efforts with Youth Ministry and other shared ministries.
"I look forward to my full-time appointment at the Church of St. Albert,” said Father Joe, “and assessing the sacramental needs of the parish as well as bringing about more growth to St. Albert." "I will also still be visiting the students at the Catholic School in St. Michael so I have the best of both worlds, a parish full-time and a Catholic School where I can visit the kids," he added.
